we are at the 18th Pingyao International Photography Festival

From September 19th to 25th, the ancient imperial city of Pingyao will hosted the Pingyao International Photography Festival, main festival of China dedicated to photography.

UN MÉMOIRE DU 13 documents the devastating strategy of jihadist terror in the hearth of Europe. The project was born by chance, the night of the attacks in Paris I was where it all began: at the XI arrondissement. The next day, I began my project which in this way bears witness to the fatal effects of this strategy which has inevitably changed our lives as we tread the fine line between fear and the desire to continue living our lives as usual._

winner at horse competition

» This image (...) continues to hold a top spot in its incredible depth, subtle tones, and tight crop. The angle leaves the viewer almost dizzy as we try to decipher what is up and what is down, and the tight crop echoes the close quarters of the herd. Stunning tones and textures, and the lines of the horses' backs and rumps repeating each other, all make for an incredibly strong image. «

Vendita stampe fotografiche - sconti

In occasione della recente mostra Differenti Prospettive (chiusa il 30 marzo 2018), la selezione delle 25 stampe è offerta in vendita a prezzo scontato per un periodo limitato (scadenza prorogata al 13 Aprile 2018).

Le stampe sono di diverse dimensioni (16x20cm, 20x20cm, 30x45cm, 50x50cm, 60x40cm e 70x50cm), tutte montate su Dibond ™ (supporto in alluminio) con staffe in alluminio che le rendono facili da appendere e forniscono ulteriore solidità e supporto contro la deformazione. Soluzione pronta per essere appesa.
I formati più piccoli sono incorniciati da una cassetta americana con finitura nera satinata; questa soluzione può essere appesa o posizionata su un mobile o una mensola (la dimensione della cornice è 3 cm più grande della stampa: 19x23 cm o 23x23 cm).

Le stampe sono realizzate dal Laboratorio Fine Art Miarté, con inchiostri a carbone o a pigmenti colore, su pregiate carte cotone (Hahnemühle Baryta 325gr o Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gr).
Queste stampe in edizione limitata sono dotate di Certificati di Autenticità.

another win!

Happy to announce that my image "Horse and Canadair" is the Black & White Photography Award Winner of The Independent Photographer).
Here's the comment of the competition judge Francesco Merlini: “To me photography reaches its highest level when the camera impress those epiphanies that bring truth into a new, magical dimension. Very short instants, so difficult to immortalise, when material elements of this world act together in such a way to create something that exceed the boundaries of rational thinking. The result is an image that puts the audience in awe and to me, at a time where people seem anaesthetised, it is something really powerful and precious that highlights the need for photography now more than ever.”
